Our Network offers the biggest database of green open air theaters in the world.
Throughout 2011, the network has worked with two students from the Ecole Superieure d'Architecture de Versailles, in order to establish a first inventory of green open air theatres in France.
Until then there were no census, no public sources, or database referencing this specific item.
Since 2011, the inventory work continues and concerns not only France, but the entire world.
The Green Open air Network has already identified a number of outstanding green open air theatres that you can discover in our inventory sheetoffers.
We offer the biggest database of green open air theater - these magnificient landscape and cultural heritage elements - in the world.
Our book of art, "Théâtres de Verdure", published in 2015 by the publishing house Gourcuff-Gradenigo, was also the first one entirely dedicated to the Green Open air Theaters.
Our work has also contributed to develop "la base Mérimée" (the French heritage database created by the Ministry of Culture and Communication).
The research of new theatres is constantly in progress in France and abroad, as new projects are today undertaken by architects and landscape specialists.
